Call Centre Operator

Working Days: 6 days based on rotating shift.
Working Timing: Day Shift - 11am to 8pm or 12pm to 9pm.
Night Shift - 8pm to 6am, 11pm to 9am, 12am to 10am
Job Responsible:
- Attend to enquiries and requests from phone calls in a professional and prompt manner.
- Taking down informations correctly from the customers to ensure a smooth towing for the drivers.
- Ensure effective and timely follow-up as promised to customers.
- Alert management of issues and concerns that require escalation for complete resolution.
- To attend to customers' inquiries on services, and offer alternatives solutions to fulfill customer needs, ensuring total customer satisfaction.
- To gather customer feedback, identify problem trends and highlight to Team Leader & Supervisors for discussion, service enhancement and resolution of problems.
- To adhere to plan work schedule & be available for overtime during emergencies in short notice
- Liaise with Chinese drivers pertainting to orders
