Salary Parameter: Gross Salary between SGD 2,200 to 3,000, according to experience and candidate skills

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office and supporting various departments with administrative tasks.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the management and operations team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing documents.
  • Handle correspondence such as emails, phone calls, and inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Maintain and organize office systems, including filing, record-keeping, and office supplies inventory.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other business documents.
  • Assist in coordinating with logistics partners, customs agents and internal teams to ensure smooth shipment processing.
  • Prepare and track invoices, purchase orders and other financial documents as needed.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for team members as needed.
  • Support event planning and coordination, such as meetings, workshops, or company gatherings.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the management team.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, Logistics, Supply Chain or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an administrative or similar role (2+ years preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
