Job Description:

We are seeking a highly driven, strategic, and execution-focused Chief of Staff to work closely with our CEO and leadership team. This is a critical role for a dynamic operator who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, combining sharp analytical skills, structured problem-solving, and the ability to drive cross-functional initiatives. The Chief of Staff will serve as a strategic thought partner to the CEO, lead key internal initiatives, and ensure effective execution of Novi Health's growth strategy. In this role, you will serve as a force multiplier—driving alignment, enhancing execution, and ensuring the CEO and leadership team are focused on the highest-impact activities. This role will report to the CEO.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning & Execution. Partner with the CEO to develop and monitor company OKRs, strategic priorities, and key initiatives. Track progress on business goals, ensuring alignment across teams and timely execution. Facilitate effective decision-making through data-driven insights and structured problem-solving.
  • Operational Excellence & Project Management. Lead high-impact, cross-functional projects to accelerate growth, improve operational efficiency, and support regional expansion. Identify and remove roadblocks across teams to ensure successful execution. Oversee key internal processes such as quarterly planning, board preparations, and performance reviews.
  • Organisational Enablement. Act as a trusted advisor and sounding board to the CEO. Act as a force multiplier for the CEO by streamlining workflows, managing internal communications, and prioritising initiatives. Manage CEO communications, including preparation for internal and external engagements.
  • Business Intelligence & Decision Support. Partner with Corp Dev and Finance, and all business units to analyse OKRs/KPIs and business performance. Create executive dashboards and provide insights that drive strategic decisions.
  • Organizational Communication & Culture. Ensure clear and consistent internal communication from leadership. Help shape and reinforce company culture, values, and operating cadence. Support HR Manager with initiatives around employee engagement, hiring, and team development.
Requirements:
  • 6–10 years of experience in strategy consulting, VC/PE, investment banking, or operational leadership roles in high-growth startups
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive complete projects to completion with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong business acumen, structured thinking, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience supporting C-level executives, with an ability to manage up and down effectively.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, mission-driven startup with evolving priorities.
  • Prior experience in healthcare or health tech is a strong plus
