Roles & Responsibilities

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Administration, Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in contract administration or a customer service role that requires high attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage client inquiries and internal communications.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing and processing contracts.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Job Description:

  • Manage and support contract-related services and administrative functions
  • Review and process contracts, ensuring all required documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with internal policies. Responsible for ensuring accuracy in contract processing, maintaining precise records
  • Review the Procurement process, identify and tighten gaps and implement best practices where applicable.
  • Review basis of costing and negotiate with Vendors.
  • Identify and escalate concerns related to unfavorable terms, discrepancies, or contractual risks to relevant teams for resolution
  • Generate detailed reports on contract statuses, key dates (e.g., renewals, expirations), and obligations, ensuring all records are meticulously maintained and easily accessible.
  • Maintain a highly organized digital filing system for all contracts, ensuring compliance with audit and legal standards.
  • Work with stakeholders (such as Business, Project, Legal and Procurement) to ensure a viable contract is in place to cover the requirements and risks management
