Key Account Manager – Consumer Electronics Retail

- Maintain good relationships with retail partners to ensure smooth collaboration and sales growth.
- Develop and apply sales strategies, including upselling and cross-selling to meet targets.
- Find and onboard new retail partners to expand market reach.
- Work with marketing and product teams on in-store promotions, campaigns, and product launches.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and provide reports to management.
- Train retail staff on product features to boost sales.
- Keep up with market trends, competitors, and customer preferences to adjust strategies.
- Diploma in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in IT, electronics, or consumer goods.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends for better planning.
- Self-motivated, organized, and efficient in handling tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
