Key Account Manager – IT

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing retail partners, ensuring optimal performance and satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies to meet sales targets, including upselling and cross-selling company products.
- Identify and onboard new retail partners to expand company's market presence.
- Work closely with marketing and product teams to execute in-store promotions, campaigns, and product launches.
- Track sales trends, analyze performance data, and provide accurate sales forecasts to management.
- Train retail staff on product features and benefits to enhance sales effectiveness.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine sales strategies.
- Diploma in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in retail channel sales, preferably in IT peripherals, electronics, or consumer goods.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to develop actionable strategies.
- Self-motivated, well-organized, and efficient in time management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
