Roles & Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities
A sales merchandiser is responsible for product merchandising, generally in large-volume stores such as Consumer Electronic Stores. He/she will travel to all our dealers to maintain the visibility of our products,
• Ensure that customers are aware and updated on full range of products available.
• Secure prominent display areas and additional space as well as placement of equipment (racks etc).
• Provide regular feedback on competitive activities, promotions and new products in the market.
• Build rapport with store personnel, manager, supervisor, floor staff and stackers.
• Handle customer complaints and requests. Refer to Sales Manager if problem persists.
Responsible for achieving merchandising standards set
• Maintain display space on racks, etc. according to merchandising standards agreed.
. Ensure company products are properly stocked displayed at all our dealers stores.
• Display POSM (point of sales materials) to ensure maximum visibility in-store.
Ensure prompt setup, correct price tags, POS materials are executed and adequately displayed
Job Requirements
• 5 days work week. Basic salary with allowances and quarter target incentives.
• Energetic, fast worker, sales-oriented, resourceful and independent
• Candidate must possess at least GCE 'N' Level or equivalent.
• At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Must have strong interpersonal skills and be able to interact with all levels.
• Possess initiative, self-motivated, articulate and results-oriented.
• Team player with strong negotiation skills.
