Account & Office Administrative Manager

We are Foreign Company from Korea, looking for candidate have working experience on Account and Administrative Work that related to Construction Work.

Job Responsibility :
· Prepare monthly analysis of profits against budget and provide explanation to HQ korea
· Research and report on factors influencing business performance
· Prepare and managing budgets
· Prepare periodic forecasts to update management
· Formulate strategic and long-term business plans with business divisions
· Report financial data to parent company
· Produce accurate financial reports to specific deadlines
· Assess, manage and mitigate foreign currency exposure
· Prepare and develop the materials concerning internal control, e.g. SOP, rules, flow charts
· Approve invoices and verify the accuracy of payment documentation.
· Key role in collaboration with sales, and engineer teams to streamline financial workflows and ensure smooth transaction processing.
· Support month-end and year-end closing
· Conduct profit and loss analysis and post-project profitability assessment.
· Provide leadership and mentorship to the finance team, fostering continuous professional development.
· Ensure adherence to tax regulations, internal controls, and company policies in all payables and receivables processes.
· Work with auditors to facilitate accurate reporting and compliance during audits.
· Foster a positive work culture by addressing employee relations and promoting teamwork and employee engagement.
· Manage project insurance for all awarded tender.
· Liaise with HQ of necessary documents for AGM, EGM, board and shareholders' resolutions, etc
· Monitor construction license renewal
· Updating and maintaining of statutory registers
· Support Korea Head Office request
Skills Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration is preferred.
- Spoken Korean is a strong advantage to facilitate communications with HQ.
- Experience in SAP, MYOB and Excel and Construction Company is strongly required
- At least 10+ years of progressive accounting/tax experience, managerial/supervisory experience.
- Good communication skills, both oral and written and able to make decision.
- Able to work under pressure.
