- O-Level qualification.
- Handle Mandarin-speaking enquiries.
- 3+ years of admin support experience.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Basic first-aid knowledge.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team player with initiative.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Able to work independently.
Scope of works:
- Handle calls, enquiries, deliveries, mail, and parcels.
- Prepare and verify attendance documents.
- Maintain and update records.
- Compile statistics.
- Filing and typing.
- Draft correspondences.
- Attend to unwell pupils.
- Other duties as assigned.
