Brief Description of Company
Our client is a health technology MNC improving people's health and well-being through meaningful innovations.
Job summary:
In this role, you will be part of ASEAN team managing a key project involving internal and external stakeholders. Provide high level administrative support to the department and collaborate on key project initiatives which includes day to day operations, claims, invoicing, reporting, records management, and other administrative duties.
Key responsibilities:
- To perform the full spectrum of coordination and administrative duties, including invoicing, vendor/PO creations, reporting, records management, scheduling of meetings, etc.
- Coordinate and liaise with distributors in the region on orders, invoicing, reimbursements, etc
- Manage the end-to-end process of reimbursement/claims, ensuring that all documentation and verifications are in order
- Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system
- Process payments to suppliers and handle suppliers’ inquiries for any payment related matters
- Vendor accounts creation, tracking invoices, coordinating with distributors
- Weekly report generation and maintenance and communicate results to stakeholders
- Construct detailed work plans and dashboard analytics
- Coordinating and liaising with internal stakeholders eg. legal and regulatory
- Other administrative and support duties as required
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor graduate in any fields with at least 3 years of Admin experience
- Working experience in office management preferred
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Meticulous and keen eye for details
- Proficiency in MS Excel
