Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description:

  • Reception duties in welcoming visitors and directing them to the relevant office/personnel.
  • Support Office Management as the centralised booking point for Sales Team to make restaurant (meals) reservations for all business meetings.
  • Ensure premises security and access authority – issue access card, termination, change of access profiles and printing of cards.
  • Track and replace office supplies including pantry as and when necessary to avoid interruptions.
  • Handle office maintenance and activities such as ordering F&B for birthday celebration and special meetings, vendor maintenance of plants etc.
  • Assist in office facilities management and office administration.
  • Ensure the tidiness of reception area and meeting rooms, and with all necessary stationery and material.
  • Support Marketing Dept on festive decoration and event decoration.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Office Manager.


Job Requirements


  • Diploma/NTE in administration, business or relevant field is preferred.
  • Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience working as office admin or similar positions.
  • Experience with administrative tasks.
  • Experience of Microsoft Office and other office management tools and applications
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Be detail-oriented, and be able to handle multiple tasks effectively
  • Able to prioritize and carry out routine responsibilities with minimum supervision
  • Good command of written and verbal communication skills
