Job Description & Requirements
Looking to enter the IT industries but doesnt have the relevant experience.
Join us as an IT onsite support engineer.

By the end of the training you would be able to:
- Familar with domain controller, adding new user or removing user from the server's active directory
- Learn the basic configuration of compliance access(conditional access, policy implementation, report analysis)
- Monitor and carry out preventive maintenance within end points
- Utilise the management portal to monitor, patch, isolate and remove application from the system
- Create image for computer via inhouse software to improve efficiency and productivity
- Create simple policy for organisation to improve existing operating procedure
- Setup a new user in the multifunction network printer, conduct troubleshooting such as printer spool and define print limit
Description of the Job
- Support end user onsite and remotely to resolve IT related issues daily
- Maintain Desktops Hardware Configuration, Operating Systems Images & Printers
- Periodic checks on system and inventory
- mainly will apply what you learn from the above
Job Requirements:
- Willing to learn (an passion in Technology)
- Experience / interest in troubleshooting and repairing of PC/Notebooks
- Familiar with creating new images using Rufus, Acronis or any other interface
- Able to Work Independently, Self-motivated and Diligent
- Candidate must possess at least Nitec/Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- No relevant work experience required
