We are looking to hire a Helpdesk Engineer proficient in iOS and Microsoft 365 in Singapore to support our banking client.
Key Responsibilities / Requirements:
- Provide hardware and software support for end users and basic servers and networks support
- Remote access, wi-fi access and video conferencing support
- Update antivirus, provide remote computing support, network printers etc.
- Possess at least 3-4 years of relevant experience in IT Support / Helpdesk
- Knowledge and understanding of ITIL (advantage if certified)
- Knowledge or experience troubleshooting DNS / DHCP
- Experienced in ServiceNow
- Troubleshooting experience in Apple iOS, videoconferencing, Microsoft M365
- Proficiency in Basic tools within Windows 10/11 (Performance Monitor, Resource Monitor, Event Viewer, Device Manager, Task Manager, Command Prompts)
- Good communication skills in English and presentable to customer
- Work Location: Marina Bay Financial Center Tower 2, 10 Marina Boulevard, Singapore 018983
- Availability: Able to start work within 1 month notice
