Join our dynamic and innovative beauty company dedicated to providing specialized services and products. We’re seeking a results-driven Head of Sales to lead our sales team, increase revenue, and ensure client satisfaction.
Scope of Work
•Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
•Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.
•Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to promote salon services and products.
•Promotions and Campaigns: Plan and oversee sales promotions, events, and campaigns to boost sales performance.
•Performance Monitoring: Analyze sales data and report on KPIs to ensure consistent growth and performance.
•Customer Service: Collaborate with the operations team to ensure top-notch customer experiences & result delivered
Qualifications
•Experience: Proven track record of 5+ years in sales, preferably in the beauty or retail industry.
•Leadership Skills: Experience managing and motivating sales teams to exceed targets.
•Knowledge: Strong understanding of beauty related services, trends, and customer preferences.
•Sales Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
•Analytical Ability: Proficient in analyzing sales data and making data-driven decisions.
•Customer Focus: Passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
•Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
