We are looking for apassionate individual to lead our Technology-Business Development(Tech-Biz) department. You will be responsible for leading thedepartment to define and implement our strategies fortechnology-business development, account management, sales andmarketing, and ecosystem development. If you"re excited about thefuture of microelectronics and wish to contribute to thedevelopment of Singapore's innovation engine for microelectronics,we want you on our team

JobResponsibilities
  • Technology-business Development:Lead the department to define and develop strategiesfor technology translation.
  • Customer RelationshipManagement: Lead the department to win and retainindustry partners and customers for high-value and sustainableengagements.
  • Sales: Collect, maximiseleads and close customer collaboration projects.
  • Marketing: Develop andexecute marketing strategies to promote IME's research capabilitiesto the industry. Represent IME at international conferences andexhibitions.
  • Collaborate withTechnology Development (TD) Teams: Partner with our"Technology Development" teams to craft robust value propositionsfor the industry and shape IME's 'go-to-market' strategy. Detect,track and provide market trends and needs for the TDteams.
  • Ecosystem Development:Liaise, coordinate and engage effectively with keyinternal stakeholders, including A*STAR's Industry and EnterpriseGroup, other economic agencies and public sector agencies, to alignefforts and achieve common goals for the Singapore semiconductorecosystem.

JobRequirements:
  • Degreein Science or Engineering.
  • At least 10-15years of relevant work experience.
  • Able tostructure and negotiate collaboration agreements.
  • Strong communication (written and verbal), marketing andinterpersonal skills.
  • Strong analyticalskills.
  • Results oriented, pro-active, and ateam player.
  • Adaptable and comfortable workingin a fast-paced and fast-changing environment.
  • Passion to develop Singapore's semiconductorindustry.
