The opportunity

Truvisor Pte. Ltd. is seeking a talented Digital Sales Specialist to join our dynamic in Singapore . In this full-time role, you will be responsible for driving digital sales initiatives and leveraging data-driven insights to achieve our ambitious growth targets.

As a key member of our sales and analysis division, you will play a pivotal role in executing the digital sales strategy. You will be at the forefront of identifying and capitalising on new opportunities to expand our customer base and increase revenue.

Key responsibilities

  • Act as an extension of the sales team, meeting or exceeding sales targets within TruVisor.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Technical teams to coordinate appointments, customer visits, and presentations, ensuring timely follow-up actions.
  • Utilize basic IT knowledge to independently build Bill of Materials (BOMs), generate quotations, and process sales orders based on customer requirements.
  • Support administrative tasks, including managing marketing funds applications, tracking renewals, and overseeing account receivables.
  • Engage with clients confidently and eloquently, fostering strong relationships and maintaining a positive image of TruVisor.
  • Demonstrate a high-energy, customer-focused attitude, building trust and rapport with partners and system integrators.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of sales strategies, supporting the achievement of company-wide targets.

What we're looking for

  • Non-IT experienced or career switch candidates are welcome to apply.
  • Experienced working in a sales or servicing role is an added advantage.
  • Fluent in multiple languages especially in English is preferred.
  • Able to grasp ideas and translate into sales pitch quickly
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a collaborative mindset and a passion for continuous learning and improvement
