This is a commission-based sales hunter role - you will need to focus on acquiring new accounts on top of managing existing customers, representing the company and providing our solutions across compute, storage, AI/HPC, networking and more.
Reporting to the Head of Sales , you are responsible for the entire sales cycle, from identifying, to developing and closing deals in order to meet sales targets.
You will need to generate regular and timely forecasts, reports and account status to ensure that your sales targets are met.
Essentials
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT industry, with at least 2 years in a quota-carrying sales position
- Good understanding of IT hardware market, and healthy interest in AI/HPC trends and developments
- Independent, resourceful, good analytical and communication skills.
- Bilingual abilities in English and Mandarin as to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients and suppliers.
- Should possess minimum of Diploma/Bachelors’ in Marketing/Computer Science/Business or related discipline
Plus
- Experience in responding to tenders on major portals (GeBIZ / Ariba / Tenderboard)
- Ability to design and propose infrastructure (compute/storage/network/security) products and solutions is a plus
- Ideally possess a valid Class 3 driving license with own vehicle
Remuneration
Commission-based, with a base starting salary of up to S$4,000 - S$6,000 depending on applicant’s experience.
