Technical Assistant/ Secretary

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide Technical Support in the ongoing management of technical integrity of the operational assets.
- To provide documentation review.
- To provide document summarisation.
- Generate reports, presentations, spreadsheets, workflows, etc.
- Development, documentation, and supporting the Integrity Management program for the assets/ fleet consistent with Company Standards.
- Assist operations team to optimize plans/ budget/ costs.
- Assist in achieving related KPIs.
- Work within a team of technical support staff and contractors within approved budget limits.
- Review Facility Daily/ Monthly reports/ Incident or Loss reports to identify potential integrity issues.
- Assist in providing support on a daily basis in coordination with Asset Management & Operations ("AMO") department.
- To provide support with CMMS development and implementation.
- Assist maintenance strategy, task list structures, maintenance plans, procedures & scheduling, etc.
- Scheduling/ smoothing of plans.
- Assist with development of Asset Integrity documents for new projects.
- Any other tasks assigned by the direct line manager.

- Environmental Aspects & Impacts Assessment.
- OHS Hazardous & Risk Assessment.
- Follow HSE Regulations.
- Diploma/ Higher Nitec in Engineering or a relevant field.
- Experience in the industry is preferable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Capable of delivering tasks efficiently and meeting deadlines.
- Strong team collaboration skills.
