PAMELA NEO MANAGEMENT SERVICES PTE LTD is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Corporate Secretarial Assistant to join our team.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a corporate secretarial professional to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the success of our company. As a Corporate Secretarial Assistant, you will be responsible for updating and maintaining statutory and corporate records required by Companies Act, preparing board resolutions and minutes, and ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Update and maintain statutory and corporate records required by Companies Act.
  • Prepare board resolutions and minutes.
  • Prepare and filing of e-forms (ACRA) and e-stamping of transfer forms.
  • Evaluate and implement administrative processes to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to promote effective communication.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Sufficient corporate secretarial experiences to be able to handle corporate secretarial works independently.
  • Able to carry out general admin duties.
  • Able to multi-task and prioritise work.
  • Mature, responsible, adaptable, flexible with good work attitude.
  • Fast learner and resourceful with good logical and analytical thinking skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently.
  • At least Degree and above.
  • Minimum 1 year relevant experience.
