Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and organized Corporate Secretarial Assistant to join our team at BoardRoom Limited. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about corporate secretarial work and looking to grow their career in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in handling a portfolio of clients, including liaising with auditors and ensuring compliance with relevant statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Perform full spectrum of corporate secretarial duties, including company incorporations, registration of foreign branches & representative offices, striking-off of companies, preparation of directors/ shareholders resolutions, application of employment passes, opening bank accounts and change of signatories.
- Assist in drafting and updating database of corporate secretarial precedents.
Requirements:
- Candidates must be open to learning and growth, with a minimum Diploma Degree in Business Studies, Administration, or Law preferred.
- Good communication skills, both written and spoken, in English are essential.
- Able to work under pressure and independently, with excellent organizational and time management skills.
Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
