Corporate Secretarial Executive/Assistant Role Overview

This role is a critical part of our team at AGGREGATE CONSULTANCY SERVICES PTE. LTD., supporting the company's growth and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform various corporate secretarial and administrative tasks, ensuring timely completion and accuracy.
  • Assist in incorporation, administration work, and filing with relevant authorities.
  • Maintain proper records of clients' KYC/CDD compliance and update corporate secretarial software accordingly.

We require a highly organized individual to take charge of these responsibilities.


Requirements:
  • Degree/Diploma in Accountancy or Business Administration.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate secretarial roles within business consultancy/law firms.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and ability to maintain accurate data entry.
  • Good command of English language for effective communication.
  • Flexibility to work regular office hours (Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm).

Candidates with no prior experience are also welcome to apply; training will be provided as necessary.

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Accounting skills, including proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Administrative expertise, especially in maintaining records and data entry.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance procedures.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Salary: SGD 60,000 - 80,000 per annum (dependent on qualifications and experience)
