Job Description:

 

Job Scope:
  • Support the corporate secretary in documentation preparation and coordination.
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to secretary matters.
  • Oversee office administrative duties, including filling and organizing documents.
  • Undertake other ad-hoc responsibilities assigned by the supervisor.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • A minimum of 1-2 years' experience as a corporate secretary.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English and Chinese, handling interactions with Chinese clients.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Capacity to work independently with high efficiency.

 

Salary & Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary for this role, estimated to be around $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience. Other benefits include opportunities for professional growth and development.
