Sales Executive/Engineer

- Working hours : Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4000 Basic + Transport Allowances + Business Development Incentive + Quarterly Incentive + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave

Main Responsibilities:
- Account Management: Develop strong relationships with assigned customers, understand their needs, and identify opportunities for growth.
- Sales Growth: Grow and retain accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and providing additional value.
- Pre-Sales Activities: Participate in exhibitions, product demonstrations, and solution discussions with potential customers.
- Customer Engagement: Engage with customers, understand their requirements, and offer tailored solutions.
- Sales Support: Assist in developing sales proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Market Feedback: Gather feedback on product performance, customer requirements, and industry trends.
- Collaboration: Work with other departments to address customer needs and resolve technical issues.
- Other ad-hoc activities assigned
Requirements:
- A diploma or Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, marketing, or a related field is often required. A degree in a technical field such as engineering may be preferred.
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in a technical or engineering-related industry, is highly beneficial.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking associates
