Roles & Responsibilities

Corporate Communications and Secretarial Executive handles both internal and external communications, ensuring compliance with legal and statutory obligations, and managing company administration and stakeholder relations.

  • Internal and External Communication:Develop and execute communication strategies for both internal and external audiences, including press releases, social media content, and internal newsletters.
  • Event Management:Support and organize events, and annual general meetings.
  • Content Creation:Develop and produce promotional materials, including videos, presentations, and website content.
  • Media Relations:Build and maintain relationships with media representatives, and draft and edit media materials.
  • Social Media Management:Manage the company's social media presence and content.

Job requirementL

  • Degree in Mass Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing or equivalent
  • 2 years of relevant work experience in related roles
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create clear and compelling content
  • Proficiency in using communication tools and platforms, including social media, content management systems, and media monitoring tools would be preferred
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills

Salary will commensurate with candidate's working experience and qualifications.
