Japanese Izakaya

Location: West Coast

Part Time Employment: 6 days work week (10-12hrs)

Salary: From $4000 - $4500 (based on experience)

*Singaporean/PR, Malaysian are welcome*.

- Able to start immediately

- Weekly roster arrange by Manager

- F&B Service Experience preferred.

- Can communicate in English

Job Description

Food preparation:

- Cutting and prepping a wide range of ingredients like seafood, vegetables, and meats for various dishes.
- Mastering of grilling, especially for yakitori skewers
- Preparing traditional Japanese sauces and marinades.
- Handling/cutting sashimi and other raw fish dishes.

- Utilizing different cooking methods like grilling, frying, steaming, simmering.

Kitchen operations:

- Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen work area.
- Managing inventory and ordering ingredients.

- Collaborating with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow.

Knowledge and skills:

- Understanding of Japanese cuisine and cooking techniques.
- Expertise in handling delicate ingredients like seafood and raw fish.
- Familiarity with different types of cooking equipment.

- Ability to work under pressure during - peak service times.
