The Opportunity
- Drive end to end product quality and experience for Home Ink Core Products
- Lead cross-functional teams and regions support partners to achieve quality goals for current products
- Data mine and analyze monthly call, telemetry, NPS and return data to provide holistic and detailed analysis of product quality to generate impactful and actionable insights
- Assess, prioritize and drive field issues and escalation to resolution, working closely both with Regions’ Support and development team
- Garner learning from current product issues resolution, and feed forward learning to future programs
- Provide regular update and recommendations to senior management on product performance
- Frequently contributes to the development of new ideas and methods
- Works on complex problems/ projects where analysis of situations or data requires an in depth evaluation of multiple factors
- Exercises significant independent judgment within broadly defined policies and practices to determine best method for accomplishing work and achieving objectives
- Leads and/or provides expertise to functional project teams and may participate in cross-functional initiatives
- May provide guidance and mentoring to less-experienced team members; Acts as an expert providing direction and guidance to process improvements and establishing policies
Your Background
Individuals who do well in this role usually possess:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent discipline
- Knowledge of Information Technology (IT) and services industry
- Has 6-10 years of experience and at least 3 years of proven track record in directly related business or function
- Strong skills in statistical tools and programming languages such as Python, R, etc.
- Experience with data analysis/ visualization tools and software like Power BI, Looker, Databricks etc.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation
- Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy
- Proactive approach to identifying issues and providing solutions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex datasets and translate data into actionable insights
- PMP/PMI certification preferred
- Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel and related IT tools for data mining & analysis
- Demonstrated experience in leading cross functional teams and influencing decisions in previous roles
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate, drive discussions and provide options at management levels
