Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Providing secretarial and admin support to the Managing Director and admin department
  • Maintain and update the Managing Director’s calendar, ensuring efficient scheduling of meetings.
  • Handle sensitive and maintain confidentiality regarding work, and personal matters with professionalism and discretion.
  • Maintain in-house computers and company’s website.
  • Other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree in any field
  • Tech-savvy experience and basic IT knowledge in computer
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and organization skills
  • Knowledge of stocks and investment will be added advantage.

Working Hour – 5 days week

Location : Bishan
