Our client is a reputable company located in the Central region of Singapore. They are seeking a dedicated HR/Admin to manage a full spectrum of HR functions and office administration. Below position is open urgently


Position: Admin cum HR (Permanent, Full Time)

Location: Central region

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 5.30pm


Job Summary:

This role oversees HR functions, payroll, office administration, and secretarial support. Key tasks include onboarding, employee benefits, compliance, office operations, and supporting senior management with administrative and ad-hoc duties.

Responsibilities:

•Manage onboarding/offboarding processes, employment documentation, and work pass applications.

•Handle payroll, including salary computation, CPF submission, and year-end tax reporting.

•Maintain HR systems, manage employee benefits/claims, and liaise with recruitment agencies.

•Oversee office supplies, equipment maintenance, and cleanliness.

•Manage petty cash, incoming calls/mail, and corporate gift inventory.

•Organize office logistics, including handling refreshments for guests/customers.

•Provide support to the Managing Director, including travel arrangements, e-filing, and expense claims.

•Plan company events and manage insurance policies and company vehicles.

•Run errands, source office items, monitor property prices, and assist with office relocations.

•Undertake tasks as assigned by the Managing Director.


Requirements:

•Obtained a Diploma/ Bachelor degree.

•Minimum 3 years of experience in administrative or human resource duties.

•Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with team members and management at all levels.

•Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
