Roles & Responsibilities

Job Scope:

Academic support

· Assist in contract preparation for teaching engagement and payment processing

· Facilitate classes and exam scheduling

· Course Registration

· Facilitate teaching evaluations


Student/Class Management

· Assist the coordination with internal departments on international students’ entry into Singapore and related matters

· Coordinate student matriculation, orientation, and graduation matters

· Facilitate class management

· Coordinate with Student Committee on student engagement activities


Admission Administration

· Prepare necessary documents and assist the coordination with the admission panel for candidate shortlisting and interviews

· Coordinate internal offices such as Office of Admission on admission and Office of Academic Services for enrolment matters

· Compile application data and prepare admission reports

· Maintain admission records

· Assist in student billing matters


Support Marketing and Recruitment

· Assist in data preparation for the graduate programmes’ marketing and recruitment planning

· Monitor the programme related information (on website or in e-copy / printed documents) and update the information accurately and timely

· Compile information related to various marketing channels and efforts for analysis and management evaluation

· Support marketing strategy to increase student diversity


Project Management & Event Support

· Liaise with internal and external stakeholders. Assist to enhance alumni and student engagement

· Assist in planning and coordination of entrepreneurship experiential learning projects

· Coordinate orientation and convocation, team bonding

· Facilitate events which support entrepreneurship development


Support FlexiMasters recruitment and administration

· Assist team’s effort in recruitment FlexiMasters

· Class management and support for FlexiMasters as and when required


Working Arrangement:

Location: Near Kent Ridge

Working Hours:

  • Mondays to Thursdays (8.30am to 5.45pm)
  • Fridays (8.30am to 5.15pm)

Salary: $3,800 to $4,800

Duration: 1 year


Job Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

· Minimum 3 years’ experience in administering academic programme, student management in institute of Higher Leaning or equivalent

· Experience in marketing, event management and outreach

· Able to multi-task and manage requests effectively

· Meticulous

· Good writing, communication and presentation skill

· Proficient in MS Office and Adobe applications

· Team player and positive working attitude
