Job Title: Assistant Manager

At OCBC Bank, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining MIS systems, delivering management reports to Group and business/support units, and coordinating management information requested by Group and business/support units.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain MIS systems (MYFDM data warehouse and OFSA)
  • Deliver management reports to Group and business/support units on a timely basis
  • Coordinate and handle management information requested by Group and business/support units
  • Participate in projects and process improvements
  • Support annual operational planning process and other corporate exercises

Qualifications:

  • Degree/Professional qualification in Accounting, Finance, Business, Computer/Information Science or equivalent
  • Relevant experience in MIS/Business Finance or related functions
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and experience with VBA, SQL, Qlikview, Python, Microsoft Power Platform (eg. Power Query, Power Pivot, Power BI), etc
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and presentation skills and the ability to work effectively with a diverse stakeholder group
  • Proactive team player with good interpersonal skills and the ability to foster collaboration with internal and external parties
  • Willing to accept cross-functional arrangement and job rotation
