Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description：

  • Develop and maintain close interaction for a portfolio of banks/NBFI in Singapore and in the region.
  • Pitch for cash, trade, loans and other products which include collaborating with internal stakeholders, head office and its overseas branches to deliver high quality services and solutions.
  • Responsible for the purchase and distribution of trade financing assets on funded and unfunded basis.
  • Initiate KYC for onboarding of new clients, perform account opening/closing, negotiate for facilities documentations, settle trade transactions and etc.
  • Monitor assigned portfolio, conduct credit risk analysis and to perform annual credit reviews.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance is met and practices are in line with Bank’s policy guidelines.
  • Manage clients’ ongoing activities and enquiries on accounts and transactions.
  • Co-ordinate with other departments of the Bank to ensure smooth execution of transactions.
  • Experience in loan syndication origination/ participation in the banks/NBFI segment would be an added advantage.
  • Perform all required regular internal/external reporting.

Requirements:

  • University graduate with minimum 5 years’ relevant working experience in the banks/NBFI coverage space, or corporate banking segment with syndication experience.
  • Knowledge of credit analysis and strong client network will be an advantage.
  • Good team player who is driven, pro-active with positive attitude and comfortable with a dynamic environment.
  • Strong bilingual communication skills and effective writing skills in English and Chinese. Proficient Chinese writing and speaking skills are highly prefered.
