Our client is a well established and high performing major financial institution currently undergoing strategic business transformation to achieve its ambitious growth targets. There is now a rare opportunity to be part of its transformation journey, playing a key role in enabling its HR transformation.

Responsibilities

Reporting into the Chief People Officer's office, this is a strategic role focused on program/project managing the implementation of a HR operating model change to build a best in class HR function with world-class systems, process and operational excellence practices. This is a large scale, multi-location change program where you will program/project manage teams comprising of internal HR functions and external service providers covering strategic initiatives across process, governance, budget & workforce planning and technology implementations, as well as workforce transition. You will foster collaboration and communication across functions and champion continuous improvement and change management efforts to foster a culture of innovation and agility.

Requirements

You are degree qualified with demonstrated track record in HR Transformation and program and project management, in large, complex organisations. Your expertise should ideally include HR activity analysis, organisation design, capability reviews, change management and workforce transition planning. You have strong program / project management, change management and organisational skills to successfully manage multiple projects and teams in a fast paced, highly matrixed environment. Strong leadership, communication and ability to engage with and influence senior stakeholders will be essential.
