Get to Know theRole

This role will report toSenior Manager, Salesforce Delivery Lead and plays a critical roleof a Salesforce Lead Business Analyst with an exciting journey toenhance our Salesforce platform and improve adoption. The candidatewill need a strong techno-functional background in Salesforce(out-of-the-box standard functionality and custom solutions) withproven hands-on experience in Service Cloud, Sales Cloud andCommunity Cloud modules.

This role will beonsite, and the office location is inSingapore.

The Critical Tasks YouWill Perform

Youwill:
  • Lead a team of BusinessAnalysts, plan and prioritize projects, and ensure value deliveryto the business.
  • Translate business strategiesinto technical requirements and IT solutions, understandingcustomer and product needs.
  • Share the productvision and collaborate with Business Owners and Scrum Masters toexecute projects effectively.
  • Influencebusiness unit leads and ensure alignment with project objectivesusing agile methodologies.
  • Engage withstakeholders, gather requirements, and develop solutions leveragingSalesforce functionality.
  • Craft businessrequirement documents, user stories, and system designspecifications, ensuring traceability.
  • Managethe product backlog, understanding and prioritizing business needswhile proposing enhancements.
  • Conduct UATtraining, create and run UAT test scripts, and coordinate systemtesting.
  • Identify opportunities to leveragethe Salesforce platform for emerging business needs and provideguidance on solutions.
  • Collaborate ontechnical architecture and bring domain expertise to theteam.
  • Identify system/design bottlenecks andpropose innovative solutions.
  • Implementlarge-scale integrations and understand authentication mechanismsand deploymentprocesses.


Qualifications

WhatSkills You Will Need
  • Salesforce Expertise: Atleast 8 years of business analysis experience with strong knowledgeof Salesforce features (Sales and Service Cloud) and hands-onexperience with configuration and customization.
  • Technical Proficiency:Experience with Salesforce configuration (Flows, Security Model,Process Automation, Data Migrations, SOQL/SOSL, Dashboards) andcustomization skills.
  • AgileMethodologies: Proven experience in leading projectsusing agile delivery, prioritizing requirements, and conductingfunctional testing.
  • IntegrationExperience: Proven experience in implementinglarge-scale web service integrations and good understanding ofCI/CD platforms like GitLab, Copado, Jenkins, Ant tool.
  • Salesforce Certifications:Certified Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Administrator, SalesCloud Certified, and Service Cloud Certified are required. CPQSpecialist certification is a plus.
  • Additional Tools: Goodunderstanding of Salesforce Lightning Aura/LWC frameworks,Marketing Cloud, Pardot, and AppExchange tools like Conga and AdobeSign.
