Reports to: Contact Centre Team Lead

Responsibilities:

  • Reports to Contact Centre Team Lead
  • Handle customer service hotline and provide first level of supports from OMNI Channels
  • Resolve customer queries efficiently and escalate problems/issues promptly.
  • Follow Standard operating procedures closely.
  • Work as a team and ensure that the contact centre service level is met

Requirements:

  • Strong command of English (e.g. Minimum grade of C5 in English at O Level.)
  • Fluency in a second language is advantageous.
  • Preferably 1-2 years of experience in a call centre or service-related role.
  • Pleasant disposition with strong communication skills.
  • Proficient in computer use and typing.
  • Commute to work location at AMK.
  • Please take note of salary budget for the role
