Responsibilities
- Attend to enquiries via hotline or other channels eg email
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, and sometimes email
- Proper recording of conversation with customer in the CRM system
- Achieve / Exceed individual and team KPIs set by the management
- Maintain a positive and helpful approach in interactions with all customers
- Any other related ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Possess Call Centre / Customer Service experience
- No experience are welcome to apply & training will be provided
- Good communications and interpersonal skills
- Customer service oriented
- Good team player
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Able to work on weekends (Will have some weekends off)
Other Information:
- Working Hour: Office Hour / 5 Day Work Week (including weekends)
- Location: CBD
- Salary: Up to $3100/mth + OT + AWS + VB
