Channel Sales Manager

Responsibilities:
- Ÿ Proactively identify, develop and grow distributor accounts.
- Ÿ Work closely with distributors to execute on partner strategy to grow and optimize channel breadth with the right coverage, capacity, and setting clear measurements and objectives.
- Ÿ Helping build and maintain our relationship with distributors who sell our product line to market, especially for focus products
- Ÿ Keep in touch with market competition and recommend competitive selling price and to add value with differentiated solutions.
- Ÿ Execute activities such as technical updates, seminars or roadshows to support sales targets.
- Ÿ Prepare reports and documents to support the business.
Requirements:
- Ÿ Diploma/Bachelor degree or above in electrical engineering or IT related field;
- Ÿ Experience in the electric/electronic product & IT System integration business development, preference experience with CCTV products.
- Ÿ Proven negotiation skills on cooperate level.
- Ÿ Great business sense
- Ÿ Being self-driven and ambitious to be part of a winning culture.
- Ÿ Strong communication skills in English, both oral and written
