Are you ready to kickstart your career in recruitment and business development? We are looking for dynamic and eager-to-learn interns to join our recruitment team in Singapore. As a Recruitment Intern, you will gain invaluable hands-on experience in business development, while also supporting our candidate sourcing efforts. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on a variety of projects and make a real impact on our recruitment strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Drive business development initiatives by identifying and engaging with potential clients, building strong relationships, and understanding their recruitment needs.
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for open positions, ensuring a thorough evaluation of their qualifications and fit for the role.
- Support in creating and posting job advertisements on various platforms to attract potential candidates.
- Help coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
- Conduct market research to identify potential candidates and new talent pools, expanding our reach and improving our talent acquisition strategy.
- Provide general administrative support to the recruitment team, including maintaining candidate databases and tracking recruitment metrics.
- Assist with ad-hoc recruitment-related tasks as needed, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of the team.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Organized with great attention to detail.
- Eagerness to learn and develop in the recruitment and business development industry.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Current student or recent graduate, preferably in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
