We are looking for a proactive and organized individual to handle administration, human resources, and front desk management. This role is essential in ensuring smooth daily operations, efficient HR processes, and a professional reception experience for employees and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:Administrative Duties:
- Manage office supplies, procurement, and vendor coordination.
- Maintain company records, files, and documentation.
- Assist with scheduling, travel arrangements, and events.
- Ensure compliance with office policies and procedures.
HR Responsibilities:
- Handle onboarding, and exit procedures.
- Maintain employee records, HR databases, and payroll support.
- Oversee leave management, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws.
- Organize employee engagement activities and training sessions.
Reception & Front Desk Management:
- Greet visitors and manage phone calls, emails, and inquiries.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate front-desk activities.
- Maintain office security and visitor logs.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and welcoming.
- Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Prior experience in administration, HR, or receptionist roles is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR systems.
