**Job Opportunity for HR Admin Assistant**
**Company: Construction and Air-conditioning Company**
**Location: UBI, Singapore**
**Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm
**Responsibilities:
As our HR Admin Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our team with HR and administrative functions. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assist in HR duties and functions on a daily basis.
- Coordinate recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and onboarding procedures.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Provide assistance in daily operations of HR duties.
- Respond to employee queries regarding HR procedures, rules, and policies.
- Prepare monthly payroll and assist in CPF submissions.
- Handle insurance renewals and claims matters.
- Assist in performance appraisals, exit interviews, and staff clearance when necessary.
- Create and maintain accurate employee leave records in the HR system.
- Perform general office administrative support such as filing, data entry, and other ad-hoc duties.
**Requirements**:
To succeed in this role, you should meet the following criteria:
- Minimum 1 year of administrative experience.
- Proficiency in both English and Mandarin to engage with English and Mandarin-speaking counterparts.
- Diploma or degree in a related field.
- Well-versed in HR processes and functions.
- Good communication skills, both written and oral.
- Meticulous, well-organized, and able to handle tasks independently.
- Positive working attitude, trustworthy, and willing to learn.
