Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:

  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Develop and implement recruitment marketing strategies to attract top talent.
  • Utilize various channels (social media, referrals, job boards) to engage candidates.
  • Review resumes, conduct initial interviews, and maintain a talent pipeline.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Clients.

Ad Hoc Duties:

  • Assist with additional tasks and projects as assigned by the supervisor.

Preferred Skills:

  • Initiative, meticulous, and self-motivated.
  • Creative mindset with an interest in media or marketing.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and think strategically.
