Our client, a leading international bank, is looking to appoint an experienced HR Business Partner to support the APAC HR function and partner with business units to drive talent development, engagement, and strategic HR initiatives.

Responsibilities

As a core member of the HR team, you will provide HR advisory and solutions to business units across APAC, reporting directly to the Head of HR. In this impactful role, you will collaborate with senior leaders to build the organization's reputation as an employer of choice. Key responsibilities include delivering tailored HR strategies that support business objectives, leading recruitment efforts to attract top talent, managing performance reviews, and developing an employee value proposition that aligns with the bank's mission and culture. You will also focus on employee engagement, talent development, and succession planning, applying best practices to enhance workforce effectiveness.

Requirements

You are degree qualified with over 10 years of experience in an HR Business Partnering role within the financial services sector. Your expertise includes talent acquisition and collaborating closely with Centers of Excellence (COEs) on HR matters, as well as guiding and mentoring team members. Familiarity with Singapore banking regulations is essential for this role. You are proactive, hands-on, and possess strong problem-solving abilities. Additionally, your strengths include excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills, making you an effective partner to business leaders.
