Business Executive

Our client, a leading insurance company, is seeking a motivated Business Executive to support administrative functions and assist the sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to start their career in a dynamic and friendly environment, with room for career growth.
Job Overview:
The Business Executive will assist with both administrative tasks and support the sales team in driving business results. You will have the chance to gain hands-on experience in the insurance sector while contributing to the company's success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support Prepare, organize, and manage documents, reports, and presentations for internal and external purposes.
- Assist the Sales Team Support the sales team by handling client communication, following up on leads, and helping with scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Track Sales Performance Help monitor and update sales records, assist with reporting, and track the team's performance against targets.
- Client Interaction Respond to client inquiries, offer product information, and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Office Coordination Manage office supplies, keep records up to date, and help organize meetings and internal communications.
- Sales Presentation Support Assist with the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and related materials for clients.
- General Administrative Duties Handle day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of office operations.
- Career Development Grow within the organization with opportunities for professional development and career advancement.
Requirements:
- Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A positive, proactive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- 5 day work week. New office near Dhoby Ghaut MRT
