**Job Duties**:
Propose decisions or course of action to conduct executive management of the trust company with strategic planning, to maintain the profitability of the trust company and identify and highlight issues or problems that could pose a risk to the company of financial loss or damage to the company’s reputation

Able to drive a sales oriented business, as well as maintaining sustainable relationships with client. Proactively driving Business Development to bring market awareness and improve company branding.

Handle the whole process of trust establishment and client on-boarding.

Ensure proper filings, data maintenance and updates of trust structures (electronically and physically) according to the internal policies and procedures

Ensure the periodic trust review of trust structures to be done from time to time, and all trust structures are being managed and administered in accordance with policies, local and legal requirements

Recognize and analyze complex legal and accounting issues in relation to trust structures

Actively manage the risk of error in the administration of increasingly complex and bespoke structures and more sophisticated regulatory requirements

Review and approve financial statements of trusts and trust underlying companies and to classify transactions accurately for accounting purposes

Guide and coach junior members of the team in the day to day administration of trusts and trust underlying companies

In addition to your normal duties, you may be required to undertake other duties within your capacity from time to time as notified by the Group.

**Qualifications**:
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Wealth management firm, Trust, Banking, or insurance

Able to communicate in Chinese - as we have a large portion of Chinese client.

Degree in Accounting/Finance/Law/Banking

Knowledge on dealing with MAS policies & regulations

Detail oriented and ability to work independently

TEP or CPA is a plus

Excellent in written and verbal English and Mandarin
