Event and admin Assistant

Job Description:
• Event Planning and Coordination:
- Assist in creating and maintaining event timelines and checklists
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams
- Help prepare event materials and documentation
• Administrative Support:
- Manage event-related correspondence and communications
- Maintain records of event planning processes
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations as needed
• Logistics Management:
- Assist in managing inventory of event supplies and materials
- Support on-site event setup and breakdown when needed
• Data Management:
- Assist in checking and monitoring event registration lists with the vendor
- Support post-event data collection and analysis
• General Support:
- Attend planning meetings and take minutes as required
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Job Requirement
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in event planning or administration is a plus
• Required to work on Sunday events.
Work Arrangement
- Location: Bendemeer Road
- Contract Period: 11 months
- Salary: $2500
- Work Schedule:
- Monday to Thursday: 8.30 am to 6 pm; Friday: 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
- Alt Sunday: 11am - 3pm (when needed, with time off provided in the following week)
