Our client, Yahweh Fellowship, is seeking a dedicated and organized Church Admin Assistant to support the church's day-to-day operations. This role requires a proactive individual with strong administrative skills to assist in the smooth functioning of church activities.
CHURCH ADMIN ASSISTANT
Location: Wintec Centre
Your Future Role:
The Church Admin Assistant will work closely with the Pastor to ensure effective coordination and execution of church administrative and operational responsibilities. This role requires someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting church activities.
Responsibilities:
- Project Coordination: Assist in planning and executing church-related projects and events.
- Financial Preparations: Support initial financial documentation and processing.
- Weekly Task Management: Follow up on weekly assignments to ensure timely completion.
- Church Operations Support: Handle administrative duties to maintain the smooth running of the church office.
- Communication Management: Maintain correspondence with church members and external contacts.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Organize meetings, appointments, and church-related activities.
- Record Keeping: Maintain and update church records, databases, and documentation.
- Volunteer Coordination: Assist in recruiting, scheduling, and managing volunteers for various church programs.
- Event Planning & Logistics: Support the planning and execution of church services, special events, and community outreach programs.
- Facilities Management: Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of church facilities and coordinate with vendors when needed.
- Social Media & Digital Presence: Assist in managing the church's social media accounts and website updates.
- Resource Management: Ensure church materials, supplies, and resources are available and well-organized.
- Member Support: Provide assistance to church members, visitors, and new attendees, ensuring a welcoming environment.
Job Requirements:
Education & Experience:
- Minimum Secondary School qualification.
- 2 – 3 years of relevant administrative experience.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Familiarity with basic financial and administrative processes.
Work Schedule:
- Tuesday – Friday: Full Day (9 AM – 5 PM)
- Saturday: Half Day (9 AM – 1 PM)
- Sunday: Full Day (9 AM – 5 PM)
- No travel required.
Salary Range: $2,200 – $2,800 per month
