Admin/Accounts Assistant

1. Provide ad hoc Admin support to Biz Dev, Contracts & Procurement Team
2. Assist with general admin like handle incoming calls, attend to visitors, sort out incoming mails for distribution, filing, data entry, company event planning
3. To monitor office supplies/pantry stock levels and arrange to top up quantities to purchase.
4. Process and verify vendor invoices for payment.
5.Code and input invoices into the accounting system, ensuring accuracy.
6.Ensure timely and accurate processing of payments to vendors and service providers.
7.Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies.
8. Assist with monthly and annual accounts payable reporting.
9. Prepare and maintain payment schedules for approval.
10.update Leave , Attendance and Medical benefits administration, proceed claim if there is any
