Roles & Responsibilities
  • General Administration
  • Handle administrative functions
  • Prepare attendance report with supporting documents and assist in managing payroll
  • Coordinate with HQ on work pass application, cancellation and renewal
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection process
  • Support onboarding and off-boarding of staff (eg. Orientation, Issue of Contract, Uniform, Locker, Name Tag)
  • Perform an array of administrative tasks (eg. Airport pass applications, security clearance of sensitive areas, arrange for foreign workers' medical check-up, issue of employment contracts and letters, maintain employee record and personnel files etc.)
  • Data entry of employee data, training records and other documents
  • Track staff movement from hiring to resignation and assist with the staff deployment plan
  • Oversee staff accommodation matters
  • Purchase stationery items, ensuring all office equipment are working and well maintained
  • Order gifts for employee for various occasions (eg. newborn and get well soon)
  • Submission of staff leave applications and medical claims
  • Any adhoc HR/Admin tasks and projects allocated

Requirements:

  • Working Hours: 8.00am to 5.30pm (Mon-Fri)
  • Location: East Only
