The Role
To enable the vision, support others to execute people initiatives and provide advice that facilitates people to perform at their best.
• Support the team and customers with execution and administration of HR initiatives and processes.
• Provide general advice on HR practices and support.
• Ensure compliance to local and industry legislation changes that impact COG's people strategy and use judgement to take action.
• Monitor pantry stock levels and ensure all items are replenished on time.
• Coordinate and manage all aspects of monthly conference including scheduling, AV and venue setup
• Manage and run adhoc events, activities when required
• Responsible for office admin management
• Support HR Business Partners in day to day HR operational issues
• Meet expectations, seek feedback and follow up using the Group Performance Framework.
• Follow the COG Way and be an ambassador for our Brand and products.
• To look after yourself and others, and work in alignment with our Safety Matters Framework.
