Job Description:
Manage all aspects of human resources, including employee recruitment, work permits, payroll, compensation, benefits, and more.
- Handle full spectrum of HR duties.
- Consolidate payroll data and ensure timely submissions (CPF, IR8A, IR21).
- Prepare and submit IR8A and IR21 forms.
- Assist in hiring process, including interview arrangements and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate staff details in the master database.
- Review and improve workflow procedures.
- Support HR system integrity and compliance with statutory reporting requirements.

Key Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 4-6 years of HR experience, with payroll expertise.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Bilingual English and Mandarin proficiency.
- Multitasking and excellent communication skills.
