Job Scope

  • Support/handle sales and customer’s requests and enquiries.
  • Attending and addressing customers’ complaints.
  • Coordinate with operation to meet customers service expectation.
  • Daily cold call and visit customer when need.
  • Support and develop Ocean freight business.
  • Generating sales/customers report.
  • Handle RFI/RFQ.
  • Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by Management.

Requirement

  • O Level / Diploma / Degree in Logistics Management or relevant discipline
  • 0 - 2 years of relevant work experience
